SK Planet Enters into Global Strategic Partnership with Tapjoy

Seoul, Korea, August 1, 2012 — SK Planet today announced that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU)
with Tapjoy, world’s largest value exchange mobile ad network, establishing a strategic alliance that will bring both companies
further success in mobile advertising market.
 
As part of the alliance, the two companies plan to combine efforts in projects ranging from cooperative marketing and developer
assistance to joint businesses by leveraging T Store’s extensive service experience and mobile ecosystem as well as Tapjoy’s
global platform that reaches more than 600 million customers.
 
The partnership will allow T Store to expand its portfolio of offerings by attracting globally-recognized apps to Korean market and
serve as a major stepping stone for developers interested in additional revenue streams.

The two companies will also execute joint marketing promotions as part of their app development program. Select T Store apps
with potential for global success will have access to marketing funds along with other benefits.
 
T Store, which established itself as Korea’s leading content marketplace with users crossing the 15 million milestone in June,
boasts over 300,000 content offerings in the categories of App, Games, E-book, VOD, Music, Shopping Coupon and more. And
more than 31,000 developers are currently registered with T Store.
 
Headquartered in San Francisco, California, Tapjoy is a mobile advertising and publishing platform based on mobile value
exchange model. The company’s partnership with T Store will accelerate its provision of mobile ad services to mobile device
users, developers and advertisers.
