Benepia Joins Forces with OK Cashbag to Strengthen Employee Benefit Program

Seoul, Korea, September 25, 2013—SK Planet today announced that its employee benefit platform Benepia
has joined hands with Korea’s largest integrated loyalty points program OK Cashbag to strengthen its benefit program.
 
Benepia is a consultancy provider to both public and for-profit organizations that need customized support
for evaluating and designing their employee benefit program. By linking its services with OK Cashbag,
Benepia lets employees of its client companies to spend their benefit points like cash at over 50,000
OK Cashbag merchants across the nation. .
 
In addition, Benepia will form a network of micro-enterprises by attracting restaurants, bakeries, clothing shops
located near client firms as ‘Benepia membership merchants’. Such network of micro-enterprises is expected
to draw more customers into their businesses and translate into improved sales figures.
 
To this end, Benepia started piloting the service from small-scale merchants located near client firms
in last July, and added small businesses in Bundang and Busan area in September to allow its customers
receive discounts and earn points using Benepia membership card.
 
“Such expansion of service network will deliver tangible economic benefits to our client’s employees and
boost revenue streams for our merchants and micro-enterprises,” said Jung Ki-won,
Vice President of SK Planet. “We expect that recently added small businesses will also benefit from the partnership.”
