2014.11.12
-  Paying with points made easy and secure through the use of one-time bar codes
-  A novel approach to mobile payment with OK Cashbag points enhances the usability of loyalty points
-  First-time OK Pay transactions to be rewarded with 1,000 Cashbag points until December 12th

Seoul, Korea, November 12, 2014SK Planet (CEO: Jinwoo So, www.skplanet.com) announced that
it has partnered with KG Mobilians (CEO: Yoon Bo-hyun, www.mobilians.co.kr) to launch OK Pay.
The payment service which will go live on November 13th generates M-Tic bar codes allowing
OK Cashbag members to pay with their points. The service will make it easier for 37 million
OK Cashbag members to use their points in offline stores.

Some 1.5 million people now take advantage of bar code payment, which relieves users of having
to carry cash or credit cards. The payment is enabled by a smartphone app that generates a one-time bar code
which initiates the transaction, and the amount is credited to the mobile phone bill the following month.

With the latest strategic alliance, OK Cashbag can leverage M-Tic’s bar code system and infrastructure
(www.m-tic.co.kr) to deliver the OK Pay service at over 2,000 Mini Stop convenience stores across Korea.
Customers can use Cashbag points to pay for goods simply by having the relevant bar code scanned.

All it takes is to install and run the M-Tic app to generate the one-time bar code. When there are not enough
points to fully cover the price of the good, the balance may be automatically settled by mobile payment.

Lee Joon-sik, Senior Vice President of SK Planet revealed: “As Korea’s No. 1 loyalty points service, we’ve
strenuously endeavored to enhance the experience of the customer in the age of the smartphone.” He added,
“We will build on the roll-out of OK Pay option in the Mini Stop franchise and expand their availability in other
offline retail locations.”

To celebrate the launch of OK Pay, all customers using the M-Tic app to pay with OK Cashbag points will be
awarded 1,000 points on their first transaction. This bonus points offer is valid until December 12th.
