Seoul, Korea, November 24, 2011 ― SK Planet today announced that T Academy, the company’s IT education and training institute,
will hold joint seminars with local partners from November 25 through end of December.

Educational institutions that train IT developers are currently concentrated in the single capital city of Seoul and SK Planet hopes to
address the inequality by providing quality education programs to the underserved audiences living in non-capital regions. Starting
in Busan, the seminar tour will include Daejeon, Chungnam, and Daegu, and held in conjunction with partnering agencies, namely
Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency, Chungnam Culture Technology Industry Agency (CTIA), Daegu Digital industry Promotion
Agency (DIP), and Hannam University.

The seminar tour will start off with ‘The Third Busan Mobile Forum,’ which will be co-hosted by T Academy and Busan IT Industry
Promotion Agency, taking place in Dongseo University on November 25, under the theme of Successful Social Media Marketing
Strategy.

Its program for Daejeon region is set to be held on December 1 at Hannam University, with seminar for Chungnam slated to
take place on December 9 in Dankook University at Cheonan. Its final session is scheduled for December 22 at ICT
Park in Daegu.

Application developers and anyone interested in creating application can visit T Academy’s official website (http://www.tacademy.co.kr)
to apply.

“SK Planet has joined hands with local partners to organize joint seminars with an aim to reduce regional inequalities in education
for application developers,” said Lee Jin-woo, SK Planet’s Head of T Academy. “Going forward, we will expand the availability of
application development training programs as a means to foster a healthy mobile ecosystem across the nation.”
