  developers in platform-related business

   NFC tag and hoppin.

- Plans to promote the blog as an interactive communication channel and support offline meetings of small developer
   communities focused on technological issues

Seoul, Korea, April 3, 2012 — SK Planet today announced the launch of a technology blog dedicated to developers under the name
of README (readme.skplanet.co.kr).

The name README is a familiar term to developers, typically referring to user’s guide or the name of a file that contains instructions
on how to use the basic functions of an installed software program and what the program does.

SK Planet’s README will give developers access to technical information associated with its main services such as T Store,
T Map, e-commerce, T Ad, hoppin and NFC tag, as well as inside stories behind developing them.

The launch of the tech blog is a part of SK Planet’s ongoing efforts to communicate with developers on technological issues as
demonstrated by its open API policy, developer conference, and more. Those involved in the operation of the each service will
participate as contributors of the tech blog to share their insights as well as operational know-how.

Posts covering diverse subjects such as T Map, hoppin, NFC tag will appear first on the blog followed by a series of writings on
what technologies were used and why such component and structure were employed to develop a given service and how
developers overcame challenges to realize service performance improvements.

As the blog will feature posts by those actually involved in service operation, it will give access to techniques and experiences
that are not easily accessible to small or individual developers. Moreover, while service upgrade is being planned, authors at
README will start blogging about details of soon-to-be-adopted technologies and encourage developers to give early feedback
and discuss better approaches to improving the service.

In addition, README will not only provide highly skilled developers with information and know-how on core technologies but also
diverse analysis and insights based on extensive experience in service operation. The company is also looking for ways to support
offline gatherings of small developer communities focused on technological issues.

“SK Planet will use README as a channel to communicate technology-related information to developers, which will give outside
developers better understanding of SK Planet’s services and help them make informed and better use of our services and
resources,” said Jeon Yoon-ho, Head of Platform R&D Office. “We will promote the blog as an interactive communication channel
that is easily accessible to any developer in the platform-related business.”
