SK Planet’s T Store Strengthens Its Position in the Global Game Market

2012.07.17
-  Joins hands with Capcom Korea to become an exclusive distributor of Capcom games
-  Signed game publishing deals with 19 Korean game producers for international marketing of 28 game titles
-  Plans to participate in Tokyo Game Show from July 20 to promote sales in overseas markets

Seoul, Korea, July 17, 2012 — SK Planet today announced plans to strengthen T Store’s mobile game lineup, while
accelerating its game publishing business that supports Korean game’s entry into global markets.

Starting with Street Fighter Ⅳ in September, T Store will be releasing Android version of Capcom’s famous games in Korean
language. This is a direct result of the memorandum of understanding SK Planet signed with Capcom Entertainment Korea on
July 3 for the exclusive supply of Capcom games.

T Store’s game publishing business is also gathering pace. As part of its efforts to help Korean mobile games make inroads
into overseas markets, T Store held business seminar last May and concluded publishing agreements with 19 game
producers for international marketing of 28 game titles. Select mobile games will be localized for global needs and released
under SK Planet brand on global app marketplace.

Moreover, SK Planet will participate in Tokyo Game Show, starting on July 20, to engage in international marketing of games
that are under publishing contract with the company, including Tree of Abyss, while showcasing blockbuster-level games that
enjoy great popularity at T Store such as Asphalt Ⅶ. T Store will use the opportunity to demonstrate its marketability as a game
marketplace, promote international sales of well-made Korean games, and attract overseas games developers to T Store.

“T Store has been making ongoing efforts to introduce famous international games to Korean consumers, while assisting
Korean game makers to take their products abroad,” said Park Jung-min, SK Planet’s Head of T Store Business Division. “We
are now seeing tangible results in the form of partnership with globally recognized game developer Capcom and publishing
deals with popular Korean games. Going Forward, T Store will make its best efforts to expand beyond Korean borders and
establish itself as a global game marketplace.”
