    network

■  Comprehensive support program covers language adaptation, marketing activities, as well as direct investment
     in game development

■  Simultaneous publishing on T Store, qiip (localized version of T Store in Japan), and global mobile game platforms,
with Asian market chosen as its initial target market

Seoul, Korea, June 7, 2012 — SK Planet today announced that it plans to fully assist Korea’s promising mobile games
to expand into overseas markets by leveraging its global network, expertise and know-how accumulated through T Store.

SK Planet has a comprehensive support program whose scope ranges from overseas sales assistance such as localization
and marketing of existing mobile game, to direct investment in outstanding developers, helping them create new games.
After localization, select mobile games will be released under SK Planet brand on global app stores and mobile gaming
platforms such as Google Play, Gree, Mobage, and carrier-branded app stores.
Investment candidates will be chosen based on game level, marketability, and other criteria and classified into three grades
of S, A, and B, with games in S grade securing a minimum of KRW 200 million in development funding.

SK Planet’s priority markets will include Japan, which has high demand for games, China, and other Asian markets, before
gradually expanding into other regions.
Apps targeting Japanese market will be published simultaneously on qiip (www.qiip.jp), a localized version of T Store, to
deliver maximized results in a short period of time.
Moreover, local agency in Japan will be hired for thorough localization - adaptation of language, content and design to
reflectcultural sensitivities - and to assist in local marketing activities as well as market demand and trend analysis.

A briefing session for industry insiders will take place on June 12. Visit T Store developer website at dev.tstore.co.kr for details.

“An increasing number of game makers and venture firms are displaying interest in mobile games and investing in them,
while a growing number of Korean games are being published overseas,” said Park Jung-min, SK Planet’s Head of
T Store Business Division. “We will build success models by combining game makers’ development capabilities with
our global network and operational experiences in T Store, which is one of the largest revenue streams for Korean
mobile game makers.”
