Seoul, Korea, June 25, 2012 — SK Planet today announced that its Smart Wallet, Korea’s largest mobile wallet service
crossed the milestone of 5 million subscribers in just two years after launch.

While the majority of electronic wallet services launched to strengthen customer service are struggling to secure subscribers,
growth for Smart Wallet has been strong since nationwide launch two years ago. With subscribers exceeding 5 million this month,
Smart Wallet has reinforced its position as a leader in Korea’s mobile wallet industry.

Moreover, subscribers to KT and LG U+ using Smart Wallet grew to surpass 1 million, demonstrating that Smart Wallet
established itself as a service used by all, regardless of mobile network carrier.

Since opening its services in June 2010, Smart Wallet has continued its growth momentum, with subscribers hitting 1 million
in just nine months after launch, 3 million in November last year, and 5 million recently. Smart Wallet has issued nearly
12 million loyalty or point cards and formed alliances with 50 partners. Its expanding list of partners include convenience store
franchises with which it joined forces to offer nationwide mobile gift card service and Hana Bank which it launched Smart Wallet
Cashnut with, enabling users to transfer money using mobile phone number.

Meanwhile, the company gave a presentation on its mobile payment service - sharing its operational knowhow and blueprint
for the future - at 2012 Mobile Asia Expo (MAE), Asia's leading mobile industry event where SK Planet was the only tech firm
invited by the Global System for Mobile Communications Association (GSMA) to present such services. Moreover, Google
Chairman Eric Schmidt approached the company for a partnership in the field during his visit to Korea at the close of last year.
