Seoul, Korea, June 19, 2012 — SK Planet today announced that its Smart Wallet, Korea’s largest mobile wallet service joined
hands with Skypass, Korean Air’s membership program to enable users to accumulate and keep track of miles with a mobile
loyalty card.  
 
Under the partnership, Smart Wallet subscribers will have access to their frequent flyer accounts where they can accumulate
miles and check balances with their smart devices. The alliance between the largest airliner’s loyalty program in Korea and
a leading mobile service that topped 5 million subscribers last month is expected to enhance customer convenience
in managing airline miles.
 
Those who already have a Skypass account can receive a mobile card using their existing membership number and enjoy
Skypass membership benefits without having to carry plastic loyalty cards. Non-members can also join by completing
a simple sign-up process.

the convenience that Smart Wallet brings.”
 
As Korea’s largest mobile wallet service, Smart Wallet offers mobile membership services at 80,000 stores nationwide
under partnership with 160 brands, with subscribers reaching 5 million and membership card downloads hitting 12 million
as of end of June. Smart Wallet is available for all Android and iOS (iPhone and iPad) devices, regardless of mobile carrier
and can be downloaded from T Store, Google Play, and Apple App Store.
