SK Planet today announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Japan’s largest game developer
Sega (President and COO Tsurumi Naoya, www.sega.com) to strengthen cooperation in mobile game business.

Under the memorandum of understanding, Sega, the developer of hit mobile games such as ‘Sonic’ and ‘Kingdom Conquest’,
will cooperate with SK Planet in the areas of marketing and distribution of its games on the Korean market.

Starting with the release of ‘The Clan Battle’ early next year, Sega’s mobile games developed for global markets will be made
available on T Store. T Store will be the first overseas market outside of Japan to introduce the RPG card game that topped
500,000 downloads in just four months after debut in June in Japan. ‘The Clan Battle’ and ‘Virtua Tennis’ will make their first
public appearance in Korea at G-Star, Korea’s largest game trade fair on November 8 in Busan.

SK Planet is gearing up its efforts to secure high-quality games developed by overseas top game makers, as demonstrated
by the strategic alliance it formed with Capcom in July, under which T Store exclusively offers Capcom mobile games including
‘Street Fighter Ⅳ’.
“T Store, Korea’s largest open marketplace for mobile content has teamed up with leading game makers at home and abroad
to increase the diversity of the games it offers to Korean game enthusiasts,” said Park Jung-min, Senior Vice President and
Head of T Store Business Division of SK Planet. “Going forward, we will accelerate our efforts to grow T Store into a global game
marketplace by continuing to deliver unique and quality content and putting customer convenience at the heart of our services.”
