2013.03.08
-  Has joined hands with Zeniton, an oral care dental group and Korea Institute for Healthy Family, for the provision of free
   oral health care services

-  Mobile outreach clinic to visit economically challenged children twice a month
-  Plans to reach 410 children from multicultural families

Seoul, Korea, March 8, 2013—SK Planet today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Zeniton,
an oral care dental group, at the office of Korea Institute for Healthy Family based in Mapo-gu for the provision of ‘Happy
Smile Dental Bus’ program.

The Happy Smile Dental Bus is a mobile outreach clinic launched in 2011 to provide dental services free of charge to
those who have been denied access to healthcare. It is jointly provided by OK Cashbag, SK Planet’s integrated reward
point service and Zeniton which has a nation-wide network of over 250 dentists who are alumni of Seoul National University.

Today’s arrangement will allow SK Planet to offer free oral care services to 410 children from multicultural families living
in Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi regions from March to October.

“We hope that our mobile outreach clinic program will make a small but meaningful difference in the lives of children from
economically challenged families,” said Lee Joon-sik, Executive Vice President of SK Planet. “We will continue to extend
the reach of our program to benefit more children in need.”

Meanwhile, SK Planet entered into an agreement with Good Seeds, an organization established to aid North Korean teen
refugees, to offer dental care services to 70 students of Heavenly Dream School, the first alternative school for North
Korean Defectors.
