Seoul, Korea, June 20, 2013—SK Planet today announced the launch of OK Cashbag Shop-in, a smartphone application for
micro-enterprises. Two million small businesses in Korea can now use this app to conduct marketing campaigns targeting
36 million OK Cashbag members.
 
OK Cashbag Shop-in is designed to leverage the marketing infrastructure of Korea’s largest integrated loyalty points program
in the mobile environment. By simply downloading the app and registering, small business owners can benefit from the efficient
mobile platform that makes marketing and customer relationship management so much easier.
 
The biggest benefit is the hassle-free access. All that is required is registration of the business via the Shop-in app, and
one can begin marketing and promotion linked to OK Cashbag loyalty points program without having to sign a separate
OK Cashbag merchant agreement. Giving micro-enterprises the access to such a platform that only large enterprises like
SK Planet can develop will contribute to building an ecosystem that is favorable to businesses of all sizes.
 
Merchants that have a Shop-in account can also leverage a variety of SK Planet channels as a package.
 
For example, once the business is registered in Shop-in, its location can be searched via T Map app. The coupons it issues
may also be uploaded to Smart Wallet, SK Planet’s digital wallet offering.
 
Entrepreneurs can also use the mobile website linked to the app and mobile leaflets to disseminate information about
the key merits and services free of charge. Using their mobile device they can also view the points that were earned and
used by their customers for better and more efficient CRM.
 
Text messages and special coupons can be sent at minimal cost to loyal customers. To celebrate the launch of OK Cashbag
Shop-in, each micro-business member can enjoy a special privilege until the end of September to send maximum 100
text messages free of charge.
 
SK Planet is currently looking into linking OK Cashbag Shop-in with SKT MyShop, which is SK Telecom’s business
management support service for micro-enterprises. The aim is to synchronize the two offerings so that subscribers could access
them and conduct marketing and CRM via both mobile and POS terminals.

OK Cashbag Shop-in for Android can now be downloaded at T Store and Google Play free of charge. The iOS version will be
available in July at Apple App Store.
