Seoul, Korea, December 7, 2013—SK Planet’s personal cloud service dubbed ‘T Cloud’ has released a
new version with features and UI optimized for mobile devices. A special giveaway event will be held for
T Cloud customers from December 9th to 18th.

T Cloud is a free-of-charge app that allows users to store on the cloud server photos, songs, videos and
documents sitting in their smartphones, tablet PCs and Windows PCs for download when needed. As of
December there are 7.4 million T Cloud users.

The new T Cloud supports a more powerful file sharing based on personal directories. Pictures, videos
and documents may be shared not only with fellow T Cloud users but with friends and acquaintances
who are connected through SNS and whose phone number or e-mail is available in one’s directory.
As many as 1,000 pictures can be shared at once by sending a webpage URL for downloads.

T Cloud provides automatic save and simple editing of contact information and text messages residing
in the smartphone, ensuring easy access to the much needed information when the device is lost or
must be replaced by another one. The user can also set the app to automatically save text messages
from selected numbers on the cloud.

From December 9 to 18 SK Planet will hold a special event for those who are using the latest version of
T Cloud for Android. By sending a URL for sharing photos stored in the cloud to acquaintances, one may
win a Starbucks Gifticon or a W Hotel Christmas Package voucher.

John M. Park, Senior Vice President of Platform Product Management of SK Planet explained, “We have
improved T Cloud to make it easier for our 7.4 million users to store and share contents in the smartphone
devices via the cloud. We are working hard on bringing new innovations to simplify contents sharing
between various devices.”

T Cloud 4.3 was first launched for Android. It will be available for iOS and web in December.
