- SK Planet will relocate to ‘the Planet, Pangyo-ro 264, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do’

Seoul, Korea, December 9, 2013—SK Planet today announced plans to move its headquarters to a newly
developed facility located in Pan-gyo Techno Valley to achieve synergies between business functions and
sharpen its business focus.
 
The relocation will start on December 13, upon the completion of the new headquarters named ‘the Planet’.
As the new facility provides an opportunity to consolidate many of the SK Planet’s offices – SK T Tower,
Samwha building, Korcham Namdaemun – in one location, the move is expected to foster company-wide
synergies by facilitating more efficient and effective interaction between different functions.
 
‘The Planet’ has a total floor area of 49,800m2 with ten stories above ground and four stories below ground.
It contains staff restaurant, café, child care, fitness center, roof garden and other employee amenities. Its first floor
lobby houses an exhibition area that encourages visiting customers to first-hand experience SK Planet’s diverse
services.  
 
Employees will move in phases, beginning December 13. The transition is expected to be completed by this year.
Several business divisions such as in-house venture and other facilities will be relocated to Pan-gyo 2 office
building (near Pan-gyo station), which is currently under preparation. Considering the nature of its business,
M&C division will remain at Korcham.
 
The transition is expected to contribute to the growing success of the company. SK Planet will further develop
its flexible and creative corporate culture and accelerate expansion into global markets with its innovative services.
 
The new address will be ‘the Planet, Pangyo-ro 264, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do’.
Customer service numbers will remain the same.
