Seoul, Korea, December 20, 2013—SK Planet’s Launcher Planet (www.launcherplanet.com) recorded
its cumulative 1 million downloads.

Launcher Planet, published early this month for Android smartphones, is a simple way to decorate the
home screen. Since the release of the beta version in July the app has received great response from users
for its intuitive and streamlined screen layout, the variety of appealing themes, and simple-to-use
app management tools.  

Service CardTM which was added to the official release version is a special feature that makes it easier to
use one’s favorite apps. The app recorded over 5 million runs in just two weeks.

Launcher Planet made an update recently to add two unique service cards. The first is the 11st service
card which makes it easy for users to browse through products available on the online shopping mall.
The other is the Noot card, which gives information about data usage. One hundred Noots convertible
into additional data are given when the user’s first run of Launcher Planet, and up to 70 Noots per week
are credited to all LTE card users.

John M. Park, Senior VP of Platform Product Management explained, “Our aim was to analyze the smartphone
usage behavior and to develop a launcher that is faster and easier for our target group.” As for the next steps
