Seoul, Korea, February 5, 2014—SK Planet today announced a partnership agreement with Hyundai Securities
for the launch of the securities industry’s first independent brand card ‘abc Card’. The agreement signing
ceremony was held today in the presence of SK Planet CEO Jinwoo So and Hyundai Securities CEO Yoon Kyung-Eun.

Under the partnership, the two companies will offer a broad spectrum of benefits by creating synergies
between Hyundai Securities customers and OK Cashbag users.

Following the agreement signing ceremony, the two CEOs were issued with ‘able Card’ at Hyundai
Securities branch.

‘Able Card’ allows cardholder to combine points earned at Hyundai Securities and OK Cashbag points into
one ‘Able Card’ account. Collected points are redeemable at 45,000 OK Cashbag merchants across the nation
and Hyundai Securities Point Mall. Customers can also redeem points to pay for transaction fee
at Hyundai Securities.

Moreover, for the first time in the securities industry, users can deposit OK Cashbag points on ‘able Card’
into cash management account (CMA) as cash.

“This innovative partnership expanded redemption options to cover the securities field, making OK Cashbag
points even more valuable to its members,” said Jinwoo So, CEO of SK Planet. “We are committed to offering
up-to-date and compelling services that reflect the changing needs of our customer.”

“We are delighted to offer a broader range of benefits to our customers through the launch of able Card,”
said Yoon Kyung-Eun, CEO of Hyundai Securities. “We will continue to cooperate on various levels with
the aim of delivering optimal services to our customers.”
