Seoul, Korea, November 23, 2014—SK Planet announced that it completed the incorporation of anti-crime facilities
information provided by Gyeonggi Police Agency to Tmap Walker, navigation for pedestrians. SK Planet’s efforts to drive
creative economy are delivering results in the form of public services built on T Map’s location-based technologies.

The idea behind Tmap Walker was first conceived to help women, children, elderly and the disabled get home safely
even during night times when the streets are darker and more prone to crimes.

One of the options for Tmap Walker’s route search is ‘safe route’ which suggests routes based on police data.
In this mode, the app prioritizes wider over narrower passages, and streets that are well-lit over dark ones. The map
also shows the location of CCTVs, street lights, security lights, police stations, safety houses for kids, and convenience
stores that operate around the clock so that the user can reach his or her destination more safely.

SK Planet formed partnership with Gyeonggi Police Agency in November last year and incorporated some 50,000 security
facilities such as CCTVs into the map starting with initial pilot in Siheung. Going forward, the service will expand its coverage
to the entire country including Seoul and six metropolitan cities.

Tmap Walker is unique in that it does more than guide users on their way home. It offers help in emergency situations.
It can send the location of the user every 3 to 10 minutes to his or her guardians. Users can also set off an alarm that
sounds like a police car siren by shaking the smartphone. To seek immediate help from the police, a touch of the ‘112
emergency call’ tab is all it takes.

Under partnership with government agencies and local governments, SK Planet has been offering services that contribute
to ensuring safety in the community based on its know-how in operating location-based services such as T Map,
a navigation service that boasts 17 million users and pickat, a social point-of-interest service.

Earlier this year, SK Planet joined hands with Seoul Metropolitan Government to deliver SK Safe Taxi Service which enables
passengers to simply tap their smartphone against NFC tags installed in 56,000 taxis to send their journey information
such as license plate number, automobile model, current time, current location, estimated arrival time, and so forth to
their guardian. And in September, SK Planet launched ‘New T Map Public Transit’ that reflects T Map’s real-time traffic
information, day of the week, and hourly road conditions to provide optimal route guidance and estimated time of arrival
for users of public transit such as bus and subway.

Moreover, SK Planet also plans to roll out T Map Taxi (tentatively named) early next year by taking full advantage of user
confidence in the accuracy of T Map’s route guidance and SK Planet’s powerful mobile business capability.

The mobile offering does more than merely connect drivers with passengers. Built on T Map’s traffic analysis capability
and rich UX for mobile services, T Map Taxi (tentatively named) aims to deliver differentiated satisfaction to passengers
and jump-start the stagnant taxi industry.

Lee Hae-yeol, SK Planet’s Senior Vice President of LBS Business Division emphasized, “SK Planet’s T Map that started
as a navigation service for drivers has evolved into the ultimate location-based service for everyday use.” He added, “We
will continue our cooperation with government bodies to create a wider range of mobile offerings that can serve the public
good and make our world a better place.”
