 Seoul, Korea, November 14, 2014— Launcher Planet, the smartphone home screen decoration app published
by SK Planet recorded over 3 million cumulative downloads since release in December last year.

Launcher Planet offers a choice of some 500 themes and 110,000 background images free of charge. The app
has appealed to users with its attractive design and great UX.

A feature unique to Launcher Planet is the ‘service card’ which allows users to find their favorite features of the app
by a single flick to the next screen. In the month of October alone, service cards were used over 13.2 million times.
Among the most popular are call, weather and Facebook cards. Health-on and OK Cashbag cards have been added
recently to deliver new options and convenient experience to users.

Launcher Planet opened the Developers Center to support users in creating service cards to address their own needs.
Interested users can visit the SK Planet Developers Center website (developers.skplanetx.com) to suggest ideas and
develop programs. SK Planet will evaluate all service cards released by January 31, 2015 and choose six cards to be
awarded KRW 10 million combined. The grand prize winner will be receiving KRW 5 million of the total prize money. 

Lee Jae-hwan, SK Planet’s Senior VP of Digital Content Platform explains, “Launcher Planet received the Red Dot
Design Award in August for its innovative design and convenient UX. And our innovation continues. We have, for example,
minimized the hassle of searching by integrating the search feature across the user’s directory, apps, videos, music and
other contents as well as the web.” Lee also reaffirmed SK Planet’s commitment to “enhancing the smartphone user
interface that is customized to the individual user for greater convenience.”
