Seoul, Korea, December 1, 2014SK Planet (CEO: Jinwoo So, http://www.skplanet.com/) today announced a
partnership with the electronic payment provider Hanpaysys (CEO: Han Sang-guk, http://www.hanpay.net/), which
will allow users to top up their Hanpaycards with OK Cashbag points. Under the partnership, OK Cashbag
will join forces with Hanpaycard to enhance the usability of its loyalty points. This essentially means that
Hanpaycard holders can use their OK Cashbag points to pay for transit fare in the Gwangju region.

Hanpaycard is a means of electronic payment that may be used to pay for bus, subway and taxi fares
as well as for various goods and services at retail merchants and public facilities. Hanpaysys has been
certified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport for its capability to process payments across
Korea. Since the company launched Hanpaycard in April 2011, about one million cards have been circulated.

The partnership enables the conversion of OK Cashbag points to Hanpaycard points. This means that users
can now pay with OK Cashbag points for the use of public transportation in Gwangju area, including taxis,
as well as public transportation in parts of Gyeongsangnam-do, Jeollanam-do, Gangwon-do, Choongcheong-do,
and Gyeonggi-do provinces. By the same token, OK Cashbag points can also be used at convenience store
chains such as Seven Eleven and Ministop nationwide and at public parking lots in Gwangju area.

OK Cashbag members can use NFC-enabled smartphones to activate Smart Touch, an app for checking
balances and topping up transit cards, and convert OK Cashbag points into Hanpaycard points.

Lee Joon-sik, Senior Vice President of SK Planet emphasized that the company has “worked hard to expand
the usability of points for members of OK Cashbag, Korea’s largest loyalty points program.” He asserted SK
Planet’s commitment to “making OK Cashbag points easier to use by becoming the first to offer nationwide
payment by loyalty points for public transportation and for transactions at various retail outlets.

To celebrate the service launch, OK Cashbag will offer members who use OK Cashbag points to top up Hanpaycards
5% of the points used back into his or her account. This offer has a ceiling of KRW 5 million and is available until
the end of this month for a limited number of people on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Smart Touch app is currently available only on Android devices.
