Seoul, Korea, May 19, 2015— SK Planet announced the launch of ‘OK Cashbag Lock Reward’ service, which automatically hands out rewards points each time the user unlocks the lock screen. OK Cashbag is indisputably Korea’s largest integrated loyalty points program.

Participating users can view informative content and mobile ads and participate in various events and special offers displayed on the lock screen to earn points, which may then be used like cash at OK Cashbag member merchant locations.

Two OK Cashbag points may be awarded each hour after the device is unlocked. Maximum 3,000 points may be earned when the user views an interactive ad. The users can also benefit from a wealth of information on special offers that may be relevant to his or her age, gender, and place of residence. Points earned may be used at over 450 OK Cashbag merchant sites both online and offline.

Users can download or upgrade to the latest Android version of OK Cashbag (5.3 version) and change to ‘Use lock screen’ on the Settings menu to use the OK Cashbag Lock Reward service. The OK Cashbag app enables users to check their rewards point balance in real time, while giving them the ability to gift rewards points to friends, and even covert their points to other customer loyalty programs.

To celebrate the launch of OK Cashbag Lock Reward service, SK Planet will hold ‘PowerUp Rewards Points’ event until June 17th. To participate, first select ‘OK Cashbag Lock Reward’ setting, find ‘hidden card’ on the lock screen and slide left to unlock and win up to 50,000 OK Cashbag points.
